Indoor Hammock Hanging Kit by #LiveInfinitely #Review

In our home, I still have 3 kids in my bed every night.  It wasn't planned, I'm not a co-sleeper to that extent.  All the kids do have their own beds, but the majority of the time I end up with at least 3 in the bed, sometimes four.  I don't know what it is about my bed that they find so appealing, except that I'm in it, of course.  I don't say that to be full of myself, but I know that my kids definitely like to be close to me.  At ALL times.  All times.
Streaker is the oldest one that usually comes into the bed.  So she is going to be the first that I try to get out of it.  The plan is to get her a hammock to sleep in so that she feels like she's being held while she sleeps.  That's the plan, I don't know how well it will work.  So to do this, an indoor hammock hanging kit is pretty essential.  We got one from Live Infinitely and it came pretty quickly.  That's the same company that I got that awesome looking fruit infuser bottle from, remember?  Anyways, the kit seemed pretty straight forward and easy to install.
In our home, you need rugged if you want anything to last, so the heavy duty kit was definitely a good idea and that's what we got.  It came with 2 hammock wall hooks, 2 carabiners, and 2 lag bolts.  It came in the color black, which goes with the rest of the living room, which is where her bedroom is temporarily located.
I was surprised to learn that it holds up to 800 lbs!  That's 4 full grown men!  So it will certainly hold me and all the kids.  If I wanted to hang a second hammock from one of the hooks, I could also do that.
The kit didn't actually come with instructions, but like I said, It was pretty straight forward.  You find the studs that you want based on how big your hammock is, then you figure out the height you want it to be.  You then will look for the stud, probably drilling small holes first to make sure that you are hitting the stud.  Then you drill pilot holes into the studs and secure the hammock hook using the lag bolts.  Then attach the hammock with the carabiners to the hammock hook.  Easy Peasy.
So it went WAY easy.  I don't think any home project I've done has gone so well.  We successfully held about 400 lbs on our hammock.  The hammock we used was only rated to 450, but the hanging kit is rated to 800.  We had tons of fun seeing how many people we could stack on.  The hanging kit never wavered, it was awesome.
The hammock we hung in the house was the highlight of the night.  All the cousins in the house took turns playing and swinging, it was a blast.  It's so nice to have a hammock in the house where it's warm, we love it.  And most importantly, Streaker loves it.  It's bound to be a giant success as far as getting her out of our bed.
All the kids are begging for hammocks and if they get one, we'll definitely be using the same hanging kit.  Do you like hammocks?  To learn more, check out Live Infinitely on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Amazon or on their website at LiveInfinitely.com.
